I made this for dinner, then mixed it with salad greens for lunch the next day. My breath was bad :)
2 Tbsp thinly sliced red onion
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 med Avocados diced
2 C diced papaya
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro - chopped
salt + pepper
Mix all in a bowl and toss with lime juice.
